Upgrade to Business Class
If you purchased a ticket in a lower booking class but hold Silver or Gold status in the Miles+Bonus program, you may be eligible for a complimentary upgrade to Business Class. To apply for the upgrade, you must submit a request no later than 2 hours before departure in the “Complimentary Upgrade to Business Class” section after logging into your Miles+Bonus account.
