ANA Group has received the prestigious top “5-Star” rating from SKYTRAX for the thirteenth consecutive year. This remarkable achievement, maintained continuously since 2013, confirms the Japanese carrier’s consistent commitment to the highest standards of passenger service at every stage of the journey – from airport services to the onboard experience.

The “World Airline Star Rating” developed by SKYTRAX is based on rigorous audits of airline service quality and ground infrastructure.
