New LOT destinations from Gdańsk: Istanbul, Oslo, Brussels and Bergen.

LOT expands its route network from Gdańsk. Four new destinations in 2026
LOT Polish Airlines is significantly strengthening its presence in northern Poland. In 2026, four new routes will be launched from Gdańsk Lech Wałęsa Airport: to Istanbul, Brussels, Oslo and Bergen. This is a clear sign that Gdańsk is becoming one of the key regional airports in the carrier’s strategy.
Gdańsk – Istanbul: a bridge between Europe and Asia
The connection to Istanbul was the first to be launched – on January 14, 2026. Flights operate four times a week, offering a convenient option for both business and leisure travelers.
Istanbul is one of the largest cities in the world and an important business hub located at the crossroads of two continents. The new route gives passengers from the Pomerania region not only direct access to the Turkish market, but also the opportunity to continue their journeys thanks to the extensive network of connections available from the local hub airport.

Gdańsk – Brussels: a fast link to the heart of Europe
On April 29, 2026, Brussels will be added to the flight schedule from Gdańsk. LOT aircraft will operate the route four times a week – on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
The Brussels route is particularly important from a business and administrative perspective. The Belgian capital hosts key European institutions as well as numerous international organizations. A direct connection from Gdańsk reduces travel time and eliminates the need for transfers, which is especially valuable for short business trips.

Gdańsk – Oslo: Scandinavia within less than two hours
Also starting on April 29, 2026, LOT will launch flights from Gdańsk to Oslo. The service will operate five times a week, with a flight time of approximately 1 hour and 35 minutes.
For years, Norway has remained an important destination for both migration and business ties for residents of the Pomerania region. The new route improves access to the Scandinavian market and facilitates travel between economically connected regions.
Gdańsk – Bergen: directly to the land of the fjords
A day later, on April 30, 2026, flights from Gdańsk to Bergen will begin. The route will operate three times a week – on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. The journey will take approximately 1 hour and 50 minutes.
Bergen is one of Norway’s most picturesque cities and a gateway to the famous fjords. The new connection has the potential to attract both tourists seeking spectacular landscapes and travelers maintaining professional ties with western Norway.
Strengthening Gdańsk’s position on Poland’s aviation map
The four new destinations from the capital of the Pomerania region demonstrate a consistent strategy of developing regional connections. Thanks to the additional routes, Gdańsk gains direct access to important political, economic and tourist centers across Europe.
Passengers will benefit from a wider choice of flights without the need to transfer in Warsaw, while the region itself will see stronger international business and tourism links. As a result, 2026 is set to be a breakthrough year for the route network from Pomerania.
