Lufthansa Strike on 12 February 2026

The pilots’ union Vereinigung Cockpit (VC) and the cabin crew union UFO have announced a 24-hour strike at Lufthansa on Thursday, 12 February 2026, from 00:01 to 23:59 local time.
The strike affects both passenger and cargo operations.

Lufthansa expects major flight cancellations across its entire route network.
Not affected are flights operated by Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Eurowings, SWISS, Air Dolomiti, Discover Airlines, Edelweiss and Lufthansa City Airlines.

Passengers whose flights are cancelled or rebooked will receive notifications and rebooking details, provided contact information is stored in the booking.
