Business travel is an essential part of many companies' operations, and proper management can significantly reduce costs. LOT for Business is a corporate program designed for entrepreneurs and business owners that allows you to maximize your business travel budget – all you need to do is fly with LOT!
How to join the program?
Any company can join the program. To start, your company receives 1,000 welcome Premium Points, and you can also retroactively earn points for employee trips up to 6 months before registration. In the case of company registration by 31 December 2025, new program participants can receive an additional 5,000 points if, within 3 months of registration, they complete at least 5 flights with LOT.
Points are collected on a single corporate account for employee flights, while employees can simultaneously earn miles on their individual Miles & More accounts.

SHOP&MORE and Openbenefit
Points collected on the account can be exchanged for discount vouchers worth up to PLN 7,000 at SHOP&MORE. In LOT’s online store, you will find a wide selection of products – from electronics and travel accessories to jewelry, sports equipment, and home goods. Points can also be exchanged for an Openbenefit voucher, which gives access to discounts on products and services in various locations such as: hotels (Travelist.pl, SUN & SNOW, Holiday Park & Resort), cinemas (Cinema City, Helios, Multikino), cafes and restaurants (Costa Coffee, Pyszne.pl), florists (Poczta Kwiatowa), gas stations (Orlen), and jewelry stores (W.Kruk, Apart).
Premium and Status Points
Program participants collect Premium Points and Status Points. Premium Points are earned for every flight and can be exchanged for rewards and vouchers. Status Points determine the participant's program status and the range of benefits. The available statuses are: Start (initial), Blue (points valid for 24 months), Silver (points valid for 36 months, status valid for 12 months, and 20% Extra Premium Points), Gold (points valid for 36 months, status valid for 12 months, and 25% Extra Premium Points).
Changing the passenger name on a ticket
The LOT for Business program allows you to change the first and last name of a passenger on a ticket for a fee, provided that:
- the program membership number is correctly entered in the reservation,
- the employee is added to the LOT for Business account list,
- the company has an active account and Blue, Silver, or Gold status in the case of an adult passenger
Passenger name change fees:
- Standard Fare – from class Q, 250 PLN.
- Flex Fare – all classes, 200 PLN.
