LOT Polish Airlines launches new route to Bologna

LOT Polish Airlines will open a new Italian route at the end of March 2026. Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft will fly from Warsaw to Bologna six times a week. The city, famous for its red roofs and academic life, will become the fourth Italian destination in LOT’s network.
Flights are scheduled on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 8:30 a.m., and on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays at 3:15 p.m. Return flights to Warsaw will depart at 11:40 a.m. and 6:25 p.m. The flight time will be about two hours and ten minutes.
Bologna, home to Europe’s oldest university, is known for its vibrant student atmosphere, unique architecture, and renowned cuisine. LOT emphasizes that Italy remains one of the most popular destinations among Polish travelers, and the new connection will make traveling to northern Italy even easier.
