This fall, United Airlines will offer a record number of flights from Chicago.

More Flights, More Sunshine – in United Airlines’ Route Network

United Airlines has announced a record number of flights from Chicago for the fall season, offering even more travel opportunities to sunny destinations across the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean.

In October, the airline plans to operate up to 592 flights a day from its hometown hub at O’Hare – the highest number this year, surpassing even the summer schedule. In November, the Chicago network will be further expanded with 50 additional flights, including to popular warm-weather destinations such as Phoenix, Austin, and Orlando.

As a result, United will offer 10% more seats to Florida compared to the same period last year – responding to the growing demand for travel to sunny regions.

Expanded Service to Latin America and the Caribbean

This fall, United is not only increasing the frequency of its domestic flights but also expanding service to popular destinations in Latin America and the Caribbean. The airline announced extended or additional weekend service to the following destinations:

  • Liberia, Costa Rica (LIR) – extended weekend service in October,
  • Cozumel, Mexico (CZM) – extended weekend service in November,
  • Saint Martin (SXM) – extended weekend service in November,
  • Guatemala City, Guatemala (GUA) – additional weekend service in October,
  • Punta Cana, Dominican Republic (PUJ) – additional weekend service in October,
  • San José del Cabo, Mexico (SJD) – additional weekend service in October.

A Fall Full of Sunshine and New Travel Opportunities

With the expanded schedule from Chicago, United Airlines strengthens its leadership position in the region and meets the needs of travelers seeking sun, relaxation, and warm destinations during the fall and winter seasons.

The airline continues to grow its global route network, offering travelers more options than ever before – whether they’re planning a quick getaway to Florida or an exotic vacation in Latin America.
