Lufthansa Allegris Available from Frankfurt
Lufthansa is preparing a completely new level of comfort for travelers in the skies. Starting October 9, 2025, the first Boeing 787-9 equipped with Allegris cabins will begin operating the Frankfurt – Toronto – Frankfurt route. This will mark the start of implementing a new travel standard on flights from Germany to North America.
On board the Boeing 787-9, passengers will have access to:
- 231 seats in Economy Class,
- 28 seats in Premium Economy,
- 28 seats in Business Class, including four exclusive Business Class Suites already available for booking.
The remaining Business Class seats are awaiting final certification, expected by the end of 2025. Details about Frankfurt routes that will be served with the Allegris standard in the 2025/2026 winter schedule will be announced by Lufthansa in the coming weeks.
From Bydgoszcz to Frankfurt
The availability of a higher standard of travel through Frankfurt’s transfer hub is now also within reach for travelers from Poland. Starting April 27, 2025, Lufthansa has launched the long-awaited route from Bydgoszcz to Frankfurt. The direct flights operated by the German airline will be available five times a week, offering passengers the opportunity to connect through the hub and benefit from the global network of Lufthansa Group.
Winter Allegris Network from Munich
Modern Airbus A350 aircraft in the Allegris configuration will this winter carry passengers from Munich to the most important cities in North America, Asia, and Africa. The destinations include, among others:
- Bengaluru – India’s technology and innovation hub, known as the Silicon Valley of India.
- Cape Town – South Africa’s gem, with the majestic Table Mountain and a rich cultural offering.
- Chicago – a key financial and logistics center in the United States with an extensive transport network and a strong services sector.
- Miami – a tropical mix of sun, beaches, and Latin energy.
- Newark – a convenient gateway to New York with modern infrastructure.
- New York (JFK) – the global capital of finance, culture, and the arts.
- Shanghai – one of Asia’s most important financial centers and a strategic trade hub in China.
- Tokyo – a global leader in technology and finance and home to many international corporations.


On the Munich–Bengaluru route, flights may also be operated with aircraft not yet equipped with Allegris, so it is advisable to check booking details when planning your trip.
