New winter flights from Rzeszów. Ryanair opens routes to Edinburgh and Alicante

Ryanair has announced its winter schedule from Rzeszów, featuring eight routes. Among them are two highlights: a new connection to the Scottish capital and year-round flights to Alicante in Spain. The carrier will also increase the frequency of flights to London Luton. This gives residents of the Podkarpacie region more travel options this winter – from sunny southern resorts to major British cities.
New route to Edinburgh
Flights to Edinburgh, famous for its castle, festivals and the historic Royal Mile, will operate twice a week. For the first time, passengers from Rzeszów will have direct winter access to this destination.
Sunshine in Alicante all year round
For the first time, flights to Alicante will remain in the schedule during the winter season. The Costa Blanca city is known for its beaches, Mediterranean climate and historic old town. For travelers from Podkarpacie, this means Spanish sunshine at any time of year.
London made more accessible
Ryanair is also increasing the number of flights to London Luton. This is important not only for those visiting family in the UK, but also for passengers traveling for work or weekend breaks.
What does the region gain?
Representatives of both Ryanair and Rzeszów-Jasionka Airport highlight that the new routes strengthen local tourism and the economy. The extended network aims to attract not only travelers from Podkarpacie, but also visitors coming to explore the region.
