New Hotels in Poland – from Luxury to Modern Design

Poland’s hotel market is expanding rapidly. In recent months, new properties have opened in different cities, not only adding more rooms but also raising the bar in premium hospitality. From Kraków and Warsaw to Katowice, Wrocław, Gdańsk, and even Stalowa Wola, investors are betting on luxury, design, and local inspirations.

Prestige Hotel in Stalowa Wola – the city’s first four-star property

Stalowa Wola now has its first four-star hotel. Prestige Hotel, owned by dentist and entrepreneur Piotr Trafidło, features 23 rooms, a wellness area, and a rooftop terrace. The owner aims to turn the hotel’s restaurant into the first Michelin-starred venue in the region.

Arche Hotel Gdańsk Airport – local cuisine near travelers

Located next to Gdańsk Airport, the new Arche Hotel offers 164 rooms and a conference hall for 350 people. Its restaurant, Arche Air, combines Polish and international flavors while highlighting local Kashubian products.

A luxury palace in Kraków

In the historic Lubomirski Palace, just 200 meters from the Main Square, H15 Luxury Palace has opened under The Luxury Collection brand. It is only the second hotel in Poland to carry this prestigious label. Guests can enjoy 70 rooms, a Michelin-recommended restaurant, and a full wellness zone.

Focus Hotel Premium Wrocław – central and functional

The new four-star Focus Hotel Premium is located in a converted office building near the Market Square. It offers 87 rooms, a restaurant, and a conference room, expanding the network’s presence in major Polish cities.

Aparthotel Wings Plaza in Kraków’s Ruczaj district

Wings Plaza currently offers 42 rooms, with plans to expand to 120. It combines accommodation with a restaurant, fitness center, and conference space, targeting both tourists and business travelers.

Modernization in Radom – Nova Hotel

The former Gromada Hotel in Radom has been rebranded and modernized as Nova Hotel. With 49 rooms and several meeting spaces, the new operator aims to achieve a four-star standard.

TRIBE Kraków – interiors inspired by David Lynch

Accor has launched the first TRIBE hotel in Poland, located in Kraków. It has 168 rooms, an Asian-inspired restaurant, a cocktail bar, and a creative lobby space. Its interiors draw inspiration from the surreal aesthetics of filmmaker David Lynch.

Voco Katowice – a new premium brand in Poland

Polish Hotel Holding has opened the country’s first Voco hotel in Katowice. The PLN 140 million investment includes 167 rooms, three dining concepts, and conference areas. Bird-themed interiors symbolize lightness and individuality.

ibis Styles Katowice Airport – “moon travel” design

Near Katowice Airport in Pyrzowice, a redesigned hotel has opened under the ibis Styles brand. With 75 rooms, its futuristic interiors reference space travel, while services include a restaurant, conference halls, and an EV charging station.

DeSilva Inn Opole – self-service technologies

In Opole, DeSilva Inn offers 127 rooms with a focus on automation: biometric locks, self-check-in kiosks, and vending machines. Guests also have access to a lounge area and meeting spaces available on request.

Renovations and Development of ibis Hotels

Alongside new openings, significant investments are also being made in existing ibis properties. Ibis Budget Wrocław Stadion has come under new management and is undergoing a consistent modernization – from a refreshed façade and upgraded beds and mattresses meeting 3-star standards, to larger TVs in guest rooms. Plans also include the construction of a patio with a winter garden and a full renovation of the rooms. Meanwhile, Ibis Styles Bolesławiec, already enjoying a record-high occupancy rate of 90%, is preparing for a major expansion – from 64 to 142 rooms. With unique features such as its own bowling alley, the Winestone restaurant, and direct access to the Orka Aquapark, the hotel is strengthening its position as one of Accor’s key properties in the region.
