LOT awarded four stars in the prestigious Skytrax ranking
LOT Polish Airlines confirmed its strong position among Europe’s leading carriers by earning a four-star rating in the prestigious Skytrax World Airline Rating. The distinction was awarded on June 17, 2025, during the Skytrax World Airline Awards gala held at the legendary Air and Space Museum in Paris as part of the Paris Air Show 2025.
LOT named Best Airline in Eastern Europe
LOT was also named Best Airline in Eastern Europe, further solidifying its leadership in the region and recognizing its consistently implemented growth strategy and high-quality services both on the ground and in the air. As stated by Michał Fijoł, CEO of LOT Polish Airlines:

What is the Skytrax ranking?
Skytrax is one of the most renowned institutions evaluating airlines globally. As part of its activities, it conducted a detailed audit covering all stages of the passenger journey. The assessment included check-in and boarding processes, cabin comfort and equipment quality, crew service level, onboard catering (especially in Business and Premium Economy class), onboard entertainment, and available accessories and cosmetics.
High quality of products and services
Experts highlighted numerous improvements introduced by LOT, including a new glassware line by Krosno, Phenomé cosmetics, upgraded product standards in Premium Economy, and the new interiors of the Polonez Business Lounge at Warsaw Chopin Airport.
