The biggest contributor to this result was PHH Sp. z o.o., which generated PLN 275.3 million, nearly 9% more than in 2023. A new development strategy for the group will be presented in May.

– We focus on operational efficiency and synergy between different segments of our business. The increase in revenue and key indicators such as RevPAR and ADR confirms the effectiveness of our actions. In May, we will present a new development strategy aimed at further expansion and adapting our offer to the dynamically changing market expectations – said Rafał Kincer, President of the Management Board of the PHH Capital Group.
