SWISS Senses: a new experience on long-haul flights

A New Concept for Long-Haul Travel

Starting in 2025, SWISS Airlines will introduce a new cabin concept under the name "SWISS Senses." Travelers will have the opportunity to experience more personalized services and enhanced comfort during long-haul flights. The redesigned interiors of long-haul aircraft will feature a warm color palette, including shades of burgundy, anthracite, and beige, aimed at providing a sense of elegance and tranquility. For the first time, SWISS First and parts of the business class (SWISS Business) will include private suites, offering passengers even greater privacy and luxury. As part of the SWISS Senses concept, new features such as specially designed bedding for business class will also be introduced, tailored to the new cabin aesthetics.

Human-Centric Lighting

Human-Centric Lighting will be installed in all travel classes within the SWISS Senses option, helping to alleviate the effects of jet lag. Travelers will find it easier to acclimatize to new time zones after long flights.

In-Flight Entertainment

Another enhancement will be a modern in-flight entertainment system featuring larger screens and the ability to connect personal devices. The new cabins will be gradually introduced into the SWISS fleet starting in 2025, beginning with Airbus A330-300 aircraft, followed by Boeing B777-300ER, and the newly ordered Airbus A350-900, which will replace the older A340-300 models.
