Hotel market in Poland expands with new offerings

The hotel industry in Poland continues to grow, with several intriguing hotels opening in recent months, enriching the market with new, attractive options for travelers. In the near future, additional establishments are set to begin operations, surely drawing attention from guests seeking high standards of service.

In May, the boutique Umi Hotel opened its doors on al. Niepodległości in Sopot. This modern property, offering 35 rooms, is designed with a focus on functional minimalism. Guests at Umi Hotel can expect full comfort, with amenities such as air conditioning, 50-inch televisions, coffee machines, and innovative smart solutions, including a mobile key available via an app and automated room service. Additionally, the hotel features a conference room for 12 people and a parking area with an electric vehicle charging station, making it an excellent choice for both leisure and business travelers.

Sopot Umi Hotel

At the end of June, Sanatorium Arche Nałęczów, the largest event and accommodation facility in the Lublin region, was inaugurated. This four-star hotel offers 308 rooms, including spacious apartments, and a wide range of amenities such as a spa, swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, salt cave, and an outdoor terrace with a stage for cultural events. The facility is housed in a modernized building that formerly served as a militia sanatorium in Nałęczów.

In the same month, Krakow welcomed the new Radisson RED Hotel & Radisson RED Apartments complex, located near the University of Economics. This property offers 229 rooms of varying standards and 46 apartments, providing a diverse range of accommodation options for guests with different needs. Radisson RED stands out for its modern design and innovative solutions, appealing to both tourists and business travelers.

Warsaw has also seen the addition of a new hotel. Campanile Warsaw North, located at 15a Modlińska Street, opened its doors with 152 air-conditioned rooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, and numerous amenities including a café, lobby bar, and the Vivere restaurant, which serves Italian and international cuisine. The hotel also features a 220 m² conference center that can be divided into three rooms, allowing for events hosting up to 250 people. A notable advantage of this property is its pet-friendly program and a large parking area with over 100 spaces. Thanks to its convenient location near the S8 road, the hotel offers easy access to downtown Warsaw and Warsaw-Modlin Airport.

Starting September 1, 2024, a new B&B HOTEL will commence operations in Warsaw, located at 8 Kosmatki Street. B&B HOTEL Warsaw East will be the second property of this brand in the capital. The hotel will offer 100 rooms, including premium rooms and apartments. Daily buffet breakfasts will be served, and the B&B Shop in the lobby will be available 24/7 with drinks and snacks. The property is situated in a peaceful, green area on the right bank of the Vistula River, near Siekierkowski Bridge, just 8 km from the city center.
