Białystok: There is a letter of intent regarding the Krywlany airport
On November 21st, President Tadeusz Truskolaski, Marshal Artur Kosicki, and the President of Polish Airports, Stanisław Wojtera, officially initiated cooperation aimed at the development of Białystok Krywlany Airport. They signed a letter of intent, symbolizing the commitment of the city, Polish Airports, and the Podlaskie Voivodeship to collaborate on this strategic investment.
The Mayor of Białystok, Tadeusz Truskolaski, emphasized that the signing of the letter of intent opens up new prospects for cooperation. The city, financially supported by the Marshal's Office, has already invested in the construction of the runway, but now the synergy of actions will play a crucial role. Tadeusz Truskolaski also expressed confidence that fruitful cooperation will bring the expected results.
Stanisław Wojtera, the President of Polish Airports, stressed the importance of agreement and cooperation in implementing large, strategic infrastructure projects. He declared readiness to conduct analyses necessary to enable aircraft takeoffs at Białystok Krywlany Airport, considering the development of aviation in Poland.
Marshal Artur Kosicki of the Podlaskie Voivodeship additionally emphasized financial involvement in aviation-related projects. He announced the continuation of cooperation and signaled the readiness of the voivodeship to play a significant role on the aviation map of Poland.
The signed agreement is the result of earlier actions when the President of Polish Airports and the Marshal of the Podlaskie Voivodeship signed a letter of intent in October. Today's re-signing of the letter of intent by the three key entities confirms the determination to jointly succeed in developing Białystok Krywlany Airport.
