A New Standard in Business Class – 25 of 28 Seats Available for Booking
Since October 2025, the Lufthansa Allegris product has been available on board the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner. Many passengers have been waiting for the moment when – in addition to the four exclusive Business Class Suites – the remaining Business Class seats would also become available for booking.
That moment has now arrived. From now on, 25 of the 28 Business Class seats can be booked for travel starting 15 April 2026. This significantly expands the range of available options and gives customers even greater freedom of choice.
Five Seat Types – Comfort Tailored to Individual Needs
On flights to and from Frankfurt, passengers can choose from five different Business Class seat types, designed to suit individual preferences:
Classic Seat – always available for complimentary reservation; offers all the benefits of Lufthansa Allegris Business Class.
- Business Class Suite – sliding doors ensuring maximum privacy.
- Extra Space Seat – significantly more personal space.
- Privacy Seat – a window seat positioned away from the aisle for added privacy.
- Extra Long Bed – a 2.2-metre (7 ft 2 in) long bed, ideal for taller passengers.
Seats offering additional comfort features can be reserved for an extra charge (ASR), depending on the fare selected and the passenger’s frequent flyer status.

Where Can You Fly with Lufthansa Allegris?
The new long-haul product is available on selected routes during the 2025/2026 winter season and the 2026 summer season. At the time of booking, passengers can already select their preferred seat in the new First Class, Business Class, Premium Economy and Economy cabins.
