Review of New Hotel Properties in Poland

As we witness the dynamic growth of the tourism sector, it's evident that Poland is increasingly becoming a destination of choice for travelers from various corners of the globe. In recent months, we've seen the emergence of several newly opened hotels, surprising with their diversity and high standard of services. These new accommodations not only serve as attractive tourist bases but also offer a great choice for business travelers. From Szczecin to Rzeszów, the new hotel properties enrich the attractiveness of the offer and expand the choice for every traveler, regardless of the purpose of the trip or preferred style of accommodation. In the following overview, we'll take a closer look at a few of them.

Szczecin: Halo Szczecin
The Rycerski Hotel in Szczecin, part of the PHH Group, has returned to the market under a new brand as the four-star Halo Szczecin hotel. After thorough renovation, the property offers its guests 33 rooms, a restaurant, a conference room, and parking facilities. Inspired by the concept of the Halo brand, the hotel project combines attractive locations with a musical theme, reminiscent of the famous Szczecin Philharmonic.

Katowice: M23
In the heart of Katowice, on Mariacka Street, the boutique hotel M23 in a steampunk atmosphere has started its operation. With 42 rooms, a conference room, and a SPA & wellness area, this hotel combines the industrial roots of the city with the elegance of the retro-futuristic era. The tenement house housing the hotel has been restored along with a new part, creating a harmonious whole.

Katowice: Qubus Hotel
In Katowice, on November 30th, the grand opening of the Qubus Hotel Katowice took place. With 97 designer rooms and an apartment, a restaurant, two conference rooms, and a SPA & wellness area, this hotel emphasizes locality and ecology, being the twelfth property in the Qubus Hotel network.

Łódź: Grand Hotel Łódź
After a four-year renovation, the Grand Hotel in Łódź, located at Piotrkowska Street, is once again welcoming guests. Although work on the wing from Hotelowa Street is still ongoing, about half of the 153 rooms and apartments are available. Ultimately, the hotel will offer two restaurants, a SPA & wellness area, and event spaces, becoming the first 5-star hotel in Łódź.

Rzeszów: Best Western Plus
The former Hetman Hotel in Rzeszów, after a general modernization, has started operating under the Best Western Plus brand. Offering 60 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, and conference rooms, this hotel represents another step in the development of the BWH Group network in Poland, offering a high standard of service.

Szklarska Poręba: Hotel Bergo Resort & SPA
Opened in the middle of last year, Mercure Hotel in Szklarska Poręba, which was originally supposed to be managed by the PI Management company, now operates as an independent Bergo hotel. This 140-room property, introduced to the market by Condo.pl, continues its operations after the end of cooperation with the Accor Group, still offering a high standard and comfort to its guests.
