With Lufthansa to new summer destinations in Europe

In summer 2024, Lufthansa will be flying again to Chisinau (from Frankfurt) and Nantes (from Munich) and continue to serve Oulu (from Munich). Starting 28 April 2024, Lufthansa will launch new flights between Munich and Trondheim in Norway. The charming city offers a great mix of history, nature, culture and culinary delights.

The new flights at-a-glance:

  • Frankfurt-Chisinau: 5 times a week starting 29 April 2024
  • Monachium-Nantes: 3 times a week starting 28 April 2024
  • Monachium-Oulu (OUL): twice a week
  • Monachium-Trondheim (TRD): twice a week starting 28 April 2024

City Airlines to start flight operations in summer 2024

Lufthansa Group's newly founded City Airlines will start flight operations in the summer of 2024. It will operate flights from the Munich (MUC) and Frankfurt (FRA) hubs.Travelers can look forward to a Lufthansa customer experience on board City Airlines aircraft. While City Airlines will start operations with Airbus A319 aircraft.

Now the first destinations have also been confirmed from Munich (MUC) to:

  • Berlin (BER)
  • Birmingham (BHX)
  • Bordeaux (BOD)
  • Bremen (BRE)
  • Cologne/Bonn (CGN)
  • Düsseldorf (DUS)
  • Hamburg (HAM)
  • Hanower (HAJ)
  • Manchester (MAN)
