NDC, which stands for New Distribution Capability, is a new standard for transmitting data between airlines and users of reservation systems. One of the basic assumptions of the NDC protocol is to enable airlines to offer more innovative and efficient ways of selling and tailor their products and services to the individual preferences of travelers.

Lower ticket prices are available in the NDC offer. By using NDC technology, airlines have greater control over the pricing policy of their products and services, which ultimately allows them greater flexibility in setting prices.

Customers thus received a more intuitive interface, presenting available connections in a more convenient and transparent way. Changes also occurred in the technological layer through the use of new search and linking algorithms for carrier offers. As a result, search results are more tailored to the expectations of B2B customers.
