Campanile PRIME continues to expand – the new standard reaches more cities

Campanile PRIME has completed the latest refurbishment stage at its Krakow Old Town hotel. Following an earlier renovation of the guest rooms, work covered the lobby, restaurant, bar, reception area and conference centre. The chain is applying the same room standard at properties in Warsaw, Lublin, Lodz and Wroclaw.

Five hotels now operate under the PRIME standard

Refurbished rooms are now available at Campanile PRIME Krakow Old Town, Warszawa Centrum, Lublin, Lodz and Wroclaw Stare Miasto. Campanile’s website lists all five properties under the PRIME brand.

The room specification follows the Brilliant Basics programme. It covers mattresses, pillows, bedding, towels and shower heads selected under the standard adopted by Louvre Hotels Group.

Chromecast is also available in the rooms, allowing guests to display content from their own devices on the hotel television. According to the material provided to the editorial team, Superior rooms also have Nespresso coffee machines.

In-room fitness kits or hotel gyms

Some Campanile PRIME hotels provide portable Fitness Kits. The equipment can be used in the room with workouts available through the Decathlon Coach app.

Hotels without the kits provide access to an on-site gym. The available option varies by property and should be checked before booking.

Conference facilities included in the Krakow works

The refurbishment of the Krakow hotel’s shared areas also covered its conference centre. The upgraded facilities are relevant to companies using the property for meetings, training sessions and team travel.

The material did not specify the number, size or capacity of the meeting rooms after the refurbishment. Companies planning an event will therefore need to confirm the configuration and available equipment directly with the hotel.

PRIME rollout continues across Poland

Louvre Hotels Group began introducing the PRIME brand in Poland at its Warsaw and Krakow properties. In a statement issued in November 2025, the group said hotels in Lodz, Lublin and Wroclaw would follow.

All three are now listed as Campanile PRIME properties. The chain plans to continue introducing a common standard across its Polish portfolio, but it has not published a timetable for the next refurbishment stages.
