Please familiarize yourself with the new SWISS Saveurs menu and book your meals in advance

SWISS Saveurs

SWISS Saveurs Menu

SWISS Airlines will offer new dishes and snacks as part of the SWISS Saveurs menu starting from April 3, 2024. All products from the new menu will be available on flights lasting at least 50 minutes. The menu will be valid until the end of August. The new culinary concept available on flights from Zurich and Geneva will not lack in regional Swiss flavors. The menu will also include a large selection of vegetarian dishes. Passengers who do not choose any dish will receive a complimentary bottle of mineral water and delicious SWISS chocolate. The airlines will also make every effort to ensure that the packaging used comes from sustainable sources.

Confiserie Sprüngli and Valser with SWISS

Confiserie Sprüngli, a Swiss family-owned confectionery company, has partnered with SWISS in creating the SWISS Saveurs menu. The brand is known for producing Luxemburgerli - macarons filled with delicate cream - and a wide selection of chocolates. Confiserie Sprüngli has also gained recognition for its assortment of snacks, healthy salads, and sandwiches. SWISS has also partnered with VALSER, the producer of alpine mineral water from the springs in Vals.

Book meals 12 hours before flight

To prevent food waste, SWISS encourages passengers to book meals in advance. Starting from April 3, the deadline for placing orders in advance will be shortened. The new deadline is now 30 hours before departure for all flights and will be further reduced to 12 hours before departure for flights from Switzerland, namely Zurich and Geneva. This change aims to provide greater flexibility and comfort in meal planning onboard.

Enjoy a Special Surprise

An additional bonus for travelers with SWISS is the "surprise package" consisting of unsold fresh food at a reduced price. The package is available on flights that are at the end of their rotation. The "surprise" offers the opportunity to try various snacks and delicacies from the SWISS Saveurs menu at an affordable price. Such actions also have a positive impact on combating food waste onboard the aircraft.
