Marriott International continues its dynamic expansion of its prestigious brands in Poland. The network plans to open 10 new properties in the coming years. In 2025, the premiere of Le Meridien Kraków Royal awaits, introducing European heritage to Poland through Le Meridien's unique offerings.

As part of further expansion, the company aims to enhance the presence of its Tribute Portfolio and Autograph Collection brands by planning openings in Warsaw and Wrocław. The announced opening of the Renaissance hotel in Gdańsk's Old Town confirms Marriott's commitment to key locations.

The select-service segment is also experiencing dynamic growth, with the planned debut of Element by Westin in Wrocław, catering to the demand for longer stays. Four Points by Sheraton continues its expansion, planning to open two more properties in Poland by 2025.

With the opening of the fifth Moxy Hotels property in central Warsaw, Marriott strengthens its presence in the segment of younger travelers, offering modern and stylish solutions.

Marriott also plans to expand its luxury portfolio in Poland with the opening of the second The Luxury Collection property. This time it will be the H15 Luxury Palace in Kraków, situated in the Lubomirski Palace.

Janusz Mitulski, Senior Director of Development, Central & Eastern Europe at Marriott International, emphasizes the importance of project conversions as evidence of owners' trust in Marriott International and the reputation of its brands, with over half of the development projects being conversions and adaptations.

Marriott's current portfolio in Poland comprises 24 properties representing 12 brands, offering over 4500 rooms in eight cities, providing diverse experiences for various traveler groups. It includes brands such as The Luxury Collection, Marriott Hotels, Sheraton, Renaissance Hotels, Autograph Collection, Tribute Portfolio, Westin, Courtyard by Marriott, Four Points by Sheraton, Moxy Hotels, and AC Hotels by Marriott.
