Netmedia's Merger with eTravel

We kindly inform you that on December 31, 2019, the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register issued a decision on the KRS entry of the merger of the following commercial companies:

eTravel S.A., located in Warsaw at Al. Jerozolimskie 142 B (acquiring company), Netmedia S.A., located in Warsaw at Al. Jerozolimskie 142 B (acquired company).

The consequence of the registration of the above merger is the dissolution (removal from the KRS) of the company Netmedia S.A. based in Warsaw. At the same time, we would like to point out that, in accordance with Article 494 §1 of the Commercial Companies Code, eTravel S.A. enters, from the day of the merger's registration, into all rights and obligations of Netmedia S.A. arising from contracts concluded with Clients and Contractors.

Therefore, we request that for all services rendered on our behalf from January 1, 2020, invoices and other accounting documents be issued to:

Please make payments for services to the eTravel S.A. accounts indicated on the invoices.

We also inform that services rendered until December 31, 2019, will still be invoiced by Netmedia S.A.

Additionally, we request that for services rendered on behalf of Netmedia S.A. until the end of December 2019, Suppliers issue invoices to Netmedia S.A. with a date up to December 31, 2019.
