Michelin-Star Flavors in LOT Business Class

Exceptional Michelin-Star Flavors in LOT Business Class

Polish Airlines LOT is once again raising the standard of business class travel. The airline’s latest offering – “Michelin-Star Flavors in LOT Business Class” – is a culinary innovation that allows passengers on long-haul flights departing from Warsaw Chopin Airport to savor dishes created by Bartosz Szymczak, head chef of the Warsaw restaurant Rozbrat 20, which has been awarded a prestigious Michelin Star and serves as a Krug Embassy.

Fine Dining at 10,000 Meters

This new service on LOT flights is another step in building a premium offering that meets the expectations of the most demanding travelers. The Business Class Fine Dining Menu also promotes Poland as a destination for exceptional culinary experiences.

LOT Business Class passengers can choose one of four main courses, prepared according to the highest culinary standards.

The menu includes, among others:

  • Sous-vide salmon with a shrimp croquette and roasted pepper sauce,
  • Beef bourguignon with young vegetables and wine,
  • Veal roulades with apple and morel sauce,
  • Lasagna with ricotta and spinach in a creamy tomato sauce.

Polish Flavor on the International Stage

The project was developed in collaboration with the Polish Tourism Organization, a Michelin Guide partner. Its goal is not only to enhance travel comfort but also to promote Poland as an attractive culinary destination.

“Michelin-Star Flavors in LOT Business Class is not only about raising the quality and prestige of our offering – it is also a way of showcasing Polish hospitality and culinary culture to the world,” emphasizes Izabela Leszczyńska, Director of Product Development and Customer Experience at LOT Polish Airlines.

Bartosz Szymczak’s dishes will be available on LOT Business Class flights until January 31, 2026.

A Strategic Direction for Growth

LOT’s new offering aligns with the growing global trend of culinary tourism. The partnership with the Polish Tourism Organization and Rozbrat 20 opens the door to further expanding the menu to include other Michelin-recognized establishments.

“We want passengers flying with LOT to associate Poland with an ideal culinary destination, where they can discover flavors they will want to return to again and again,” notes Agnieszka Walawender, Director of the Marketing Department at POT.

With this new offering, LOT not only strengthens its position in the premium segment but also promotes Polish cuisine and hospitality among passengers from around the world.
