Airlines respond to the situation in Israel

Due to the escalating conflict between Israel and Hamas, many international airlines have decided to cancel flights to and from Tel Aviv. American carriers such as United Airlines, Delta Air Lines, and American Airlines have joined French Air France and German Lufthansa in suspending direct flights. These decisions stem from concerns for the safety of travelers due to the escalation of the situation in the Middle East.

Nearly all major European airlines, such as Brussels Airlines, Transavia, Iberia Express, Aegean Airlines, Swiss, Austrian Airlines, as well as Wizz Air, have announced the suspension of flights to and from Tel Aviv until further notice. Polish Airlines LOT has also made a similar decision, responding to the general security threat associated with the situation in the region.

Wizz Air, noting the escalation of the conflict, offers passengers the possibility to modify their reservations or receive a refund. It also emphasizes that the safety of passengers, crew, and aircraft is a priority.

The situation has caused disruptions in air traffic, and airlines are striving to flexibly respond to the changing situation, maintaining the safety of travelers as a priority.
