Costa Cruises adds Polish to its cruise app

Costa Cruises has made Costa App available in Polish. The update applies to the tool passengers use before departure and once they are on board. Users can select Polish in the Profile section.

Polish interface in Costa App

Costa App is the cruise line’s digital tool for managing a trip. Before departure, passengers can check booking details, itineraries, shore excursions and their C|Club loyalty profile.

On board, the app covers the daily programme, selected reservations and cruise information. Costa also lists chat, spending overview and digital safety training among the app’s functions.

Services before departure

The app is designed to support passengers before the cruise starts. It lets them review trip information, check available excursions and browse selected onboard services.

For Polish passengers, the main change is language access. A Polish interface reduces reliance on English or Italian when planning services before departure.

The app also works on board

After boarding, Costa App remains a daily service tool. Passengers can check the activity schedule, operational information and selected reservations.

Costa says passengers can use the app’s functions after connecting to the ship’s Wi-Fi network without buying an internet package. That applies to access to the app itself, not general internet use.

Poland in Costa’s market plans

The Polish version of the app is part of wider activity by Costa Cruises in Poland. The company had previously signalled media campaigns, trade sales initiatives and a roadshow for travel agents in Gdańsk, Poznań and Katowice in January 2026.

For passengers, the change is practical. The Polish version makes it easier to use cruise information, bookings and onboard services. For travel agencies, it may also help when speaking to clients who are concerned about managing a cruise in another language.
