Penne rigate pasta with tuna, oregano, cherry tomatoes, crushed taralli and parsley. A light Mediterranean option, perfect for lunch during the flight.
Tomato Sunshine
Wholemeal bread with fried tomatoes, rocket, basil pesto, pecorino cheese and creamy lemon-basil cheese spread. An option aimed mainly at lovers of vegetable-based flavours.
