Emirates restores 96% of its global network

Emirates has restored 96% of its global network after a period of operational disruption. In a statement dated 4 May 2026, the airline said it now serves 137 destinations in 72 countries and operates more than 1,300 weekly flights.

137 destinations and 1,300 weekly flights

Emirates has been bringing services back over recent weeks. The recovery covers the Americas, Europe, Africa, West Asia, the Middle East, the Far East and Australasia.

The airline says its current capacity equals 75% of pre-disruption levels. Emirates carried 4.7 million passengers between 1 March and 30 April 2026 while operating a reduced schedule.

Five weekly flights from Warsaw

Emirates currently operates five flights per week between Warsaw and Dubai. The Warsaw to Dubai service operates as EK 180, while the return Dubai to Warsaw service operates as EK 179.

According to Emirates’ schedule, the flight from Warsaw to Dubai takes 5 hours 45 minutes. The Dubai to Warsaw flight takes 6 hours 5 minutes. The airline says timings may vary by travel date.

One date change after 2 April

Emirates has kept several options for passengers affected by schedule changes. Customers booked to travel from 28 February to 31 May 2026 can rebook on another flight or request a refund under the airline’s conditions.

For bookings made from 2 April 2026, Emirates includes one complimentary date change across all cabins. The airline also says passengers can review booking changes, accept a new proposed flight and choose alternative services through its website or app.

Flight status still matters

Emirates continues to advise passengers to check their flight status even after check-in. Travellers should keep their contact details updated in the booking, as the airline uses them for notifications about changes and cancellations.

For business travel, the return of most services through Dubai gives companies more routing options than during the reduced schedule. Travel managers and travellers should still verify every sector of an itinerary before going to the airport.
