New hotels add capacity across Poland

Poland’s hotel base expanded in 2025 and 2026 with new chain, airport, conference and boutique properties. Wrocław, Gdańsk, Tychy, Olsztyn, Koszalin, Kraków and Jasin near Swarzędz show different paths for the market, from city hotels to small apartment-style properties in historic buildings.

B&B grows in city centres

B&B HOTELS has expanded in Wrocław with B&B HOTEL Wrocław Old Town. The property operates at Rynek 9–11 and has 145 rooms across nine floors.

The hotel occupies the former Municipal Savings Bank building. The property was built in 1931 to a design by Heinrich Rump. Its architecture refers to the modernist influences of interwar Wrocław.

The group has also expanded in Tychy. B&B HOTEL Tychy operates at 10 Jana Pawła II Avenue and offers 120 rooms in three- and four-star standards. The property also has two meeting rooms for 100 and 150 people and a 24-hour B&B Shop.

B&B HOTEL Gdańsk Old Town has also joined the network. It is the first B&B HOTELS property in the Tricity area, operating at 14/16 Długi Targ on the site of the former IBB Hotel Gdańsk.

The four-star hotel has 89 rooms, including 12 higher-standard rooms and one apartment. Guests have access to a breakfast room on the fifth floor, a B&B Shop in the lobby, a restaurant, a SPA & Wellness zone and a meeting room. The meeting room includes a piano, and the hotel runs Friday music evenings.

Focus opens in Olsztyn

Focus Hotel Premium Olsztyn has entered the market with 79 rooms and an apartment. The property operates close to the city centre and includes the Susz restaurant, a gym and two meeting rooms.

The hotel combines city stays with a business function. Its shared area includes reception, bar and lounge space, while the restaurant offer refers to Warmian cuisine. It adds capacity for meetings, training sessions and short private stays in Olsztyn.

Verde City expands Koszalin’s offer

Verde City operates in central Koszalin. The hotel has 90 rooms and 2 apartments. Rooms include smart lighting and temperature controls, plus 65-inch TVs with Chromecast.

The property also has event facilities. It includes the Arte restaurant and an aqua zone with a pool, jacuzzi and saunas. For the local market, this adds space for company events, banquets and stays combining accommodation with leisure facilities.

Kraków adds a smaller format

Bogoria House operates in a revitalised townhouse at 6 Senacka Street in Kraków. The project includes 14 hotel units created within Bogoria Residence.

This is a different model from a standard chain hotel. The property relies on smaller scale, an Old Town location and accommodation in a historic building. The format suits guests looking for an apartment-style stay rather than a large hotel.

Wrocław expands city and airport hotels

Hampton by Hilton Wrocław Airport operates next to Wrocław Airport. The hotel is about 200 metres from the terminal and has 122 rooms. It includes a restaurant, meeting space for up to 100 people and a fitness room overlooking the runway.

Wroclaw Hotel & Entre also operates in the city centre. The property was created on the site of the former Best Western Prima on Kiełbaśnicza Street. It has 72 rooms, the Entre restaurant, two meeting rooms and coworking areas.

Jasin adds a local business hotel

Near Poznań, in Jasin by Swarzędz, hotel node is now operating. The property has 38 rooms and the Intarsja restaurant. Within the Poznań metropolitan area, it serves smaller business stays, meetings and visits near Swarzędz.

The hotel’s interiors use wood and textiles. That fits the profile of an investment referring to local production and design. In practice, the property adds accommodation outside Poznań itself.

More choice for companies and private guests

The new openings show that hotel development in Poland is not limited to the largest cities. This overview includes properties by old town squares, at an airport terminal, in a mid-sized city centre and on the edge of a large metropolitan area.

For companies, the key factors are location, meeting rooms and the ability to handle smaller events. For private guests, the choice depends on central access, room standard, leisure facilities or a more intimate format. That is why B&B HOTEL Gdańsk Old Town, Verde City, Bogoria House and hotel node can sit in the same overview.
